Education is a cooperative effort between schools and parents.

Student Fees

At the elementary level the basic fee is $10.00 to cover instructional supplies required for all students. Individual schools may require fees for additional items such as workbooks and Weekly Readers. At the middle and high school levels fees may be required for certain programs and classes.

At the beginning of the school year, each principal will provide to all students and their parents or guardians a written notice of the required student fees.

School fees will be waived for students who receive free or reduced-price school lunches.
