Registration for kindergarten

Registration for Kindergarten students is conducted every spring during “Kindergarten Roundup,” and it will be announced in the local news media and on the school system website.

All children who will be five years old on or before September 30 are eligible to attend Kindergarten. All children must attend kindergarten before entering the first grade.

A student may register at anytime during the school year at his or her zoned school. During summer vacation an administrator will be available at each high school on Wednesday mornings to address any questions parents may have.
