Officer Chris Jones "arrests" Scott Bacon, KCS Supervisor of Business Partnerships, as part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's fundraiser. Bacon, like many other Knoxvillians, was issued a warrent for "having a big heart." Those arrested had to raise bail which went to benefit MSD.
