Partners in Education Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Knox County Schools  Partners In Education program
celebrated its 25th anniversary January 30th
during the annual
Partners In Education Conference.

The all-day conference featured
training sessions for area business partners,
schools, and individuals.

Memorabilia form the past 25 years was displayed
throughout the conference.

A highlight of the reception following the conference
was a presentation of $25,000 to
the hearing services department from
Mayor Mike Ragsdale's office and County Commission
to help replace the current hearing services van.

The Vine Middle School Show Choir performed at the reception.
