Elementary Summer Reading Program

The summer learning program is offered each year at up to ten elementary school sites across Knox County. This four-week program provides intensive small-group instruction for struggling students. Eligible students are identified at their schools based upon their academic performance, and parents are then encouraged to enroll their children. The program is available to these students at no charge, with parents providing their children's transportation to and from the school sites.
